## Who processes CSVbox orders?

Our online reseller [Paddle.com](https://paddle.com/) handles our order process. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

## Will my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, every subscription plan renews automatically. If you don't want to be billed, cancel your subscription before the expiration date.

## What will happen if I upgrade or downgrade to a different plan?

If you upgrade to a more expensive plan, you get a prorated discount for the period you've already used on your existing plan.

If you downgrade to a less expensive plan, the lower plan is activated on the expiry date of your previous plan.

## What will happen if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, it remains active until its expiration date but isn't renewed automatically.

## Why has my subscription been canceled?

Your subscription can be canceled for one of the following reasons:

* You canceled it yourself on the platform.
* Too many payments were declined, in which case our payment system cancels your subscription automatically.

## What happens when I run out of the monthly quota of imports?

We send you an email notification when your monthly usage hits 80% and 100%, so you have enough time to react and adapt your plan.

## Converting a yearly subscription into a monthly subscription
